Mission Statement:
The Sacred Paths Alliance Netowrk (S.P.A.N.)
was formed as a non-profit organization in the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts in 1994. For the purpose of conducting good
works in the community in which we live. During the year of
formation, we adopted several charities and over the years we
have worked to help improve the lives of those afflicted with
HIV/ AIDS, shelters for battered women and children,
orphanages, animal shelters and numerous other regional
charities.
We believe that non-mainstream religious
organizations have just as much responsibility to the
community in which they live, as well as to the greater
community-at-large. To help improve the quality of life for
all. We are: "Humanity Helping
Humanity"
without the restrictions of social, economic
or religious barriers.
In 1994, we conducted our first " Halloween
Witches Costume Ball", as a fund-raiser for a local AIDS
charity and transitional hospice/home. More recently, the
beneficiary of this event has been a special day-care facility
for children afflicted with the HIV/ AIDS virus in the Greater
Boston (MA) area. To date we have raised over Twenty Thousand
Dollars ($20,000.00) for these charities.
ALL proceeds go to the charities.
